Current languages we have available for the digital download are: French, Spanish, Hebrew, Portuguese. You can download each file here
Once you have the file, open the digital download of the film with VLC player (free, download here) then follow these instructions to import the subtitle file.

Chances are, you’re playing the large file on an older computer. Suggestion is to find a newer computer that can handle the file, or download the smaller version of the film here instead. Download Occupy Love Low Res
